Housing a variety of businesses ranging from physiotherapists to bakers. Valley were appointed as facilities partner of choice to undertake their CCTV, Fire Safety and Security needs.
We worked closely with Morris Park Development Team to understand their needs and designed a solution that was appropriate, safe and effective. Installed with the clients cause and affect requirements in mind and a monitoring service direct to the fire brigade. Valley are also undertaking the service and maintenance and test monitoring for all units.

In addition to carrying out the initial installation for the Industrial Unit, we have continued our relationship with Morris Park and now undertake the service and maintenance and test monitoring for all individual business units.
Fully compliant with the British Standards, Clients Requirements and Fire Risk Assessment. Works at Morris Park continue, as Valley are now working alongside the new commercial tenants and supporting the landlord in ensuring their fire safety and security needs are consistent, well installed and compliant. The project is a great success and we have exceeded client’s expectations in terms of quality, value for money and efficiency.
